The staff welcomed me warmly. The spa facilities are REALLY excellent. My bathroom had high-quality soaps. Breakfast offered tasty, fresh food (i especially loved the pastries).

great location variety menu nice size rooms

The spa was wonderful. the location is great. i found a good variety on the breakfast menu. the room was a nice size. It included everything i needed.

children's swim times are very limited for the upstairs pool. it was very disappointing because this took up time for us trying to sort this out.

the location is perfect for exploring the town centre. it is right in the heart of the city, with access to shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. everything is within walking distance, so a car is not necessary!!!

the spa facilities were amazing!!! i liked the varied selection of pools and saunas. the rooftop pool was a highlight, providing excellent views. i found the changing rooms clean and well kept, a definite plus after a relaxing spa treatment.

The breakfast service was a little slow. I waited longer than expected to be seated.

The breakfast service was great. Staff took orders from the table (it wasn't clear at first). The location is amazing. It is in the center.

The spa did not have scented candles. (the noise was a bit much)
