warm welcome excellent spa high-quality soaps
The staff welcomed me warmly. The spa facilities are REALLY excellent. My bathroom had high-quality soaps. Breakfast offered tasty, fresh food (i especially loved the pastries).

great location variety menu nice size rooms
The spa was wonderful. the location is great. i found a good variety on the breakfast menu. the room was a nice size. It included everything i needed.
children's swim times are very limited for the upstairs pool. it was very disappointing because this took up time for us trying to sort this out.

the location is perfect for exploring the town centre. it is right in the heart of the city, with access to shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. everything is within walking distance, so a car is not necessary!!!

fantastic spa stay
varied selection rooftop pool clean changing rooms relaxing spa
the spa facilities were amazing!!! i liked the varied selection of pools and saunas. the rooftop pool was a highlight, providing excellent views. i found the changing rooms clean and well kept, a definite plus after a relaxing spa treatment.
The breakfast service was a little slow. I waited longer than expected to be seated.

The superior king room was spacious. It included two armchairs and a small table. bottled water was available daily. the bathroom had a separate tub and shower, very convenient.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold items. i noticed there was a chef on hand to prepare omelets and other egg dishes to order. fresh fruit and pastries were available as well.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions. they promptly arranged for valet parking. i appreciated their quick response to my inquiries regarding local attractions.

The breakfast service was great. Staff took orders from the table (it wasn't clear at first). The location is amazing. It is in the center.
The spa did not have scented candles. (the noise was a bit much)
